Drawn to Learn brings group thinking and conversations to life through the magic of graphic recording produced LIVE at your conferences, meetings or events. I rock up with my beautiful pens, pastels and big, big paper and make a visual record of ideas, process and conversations. Your attendees will love seeing their contributions being captured. It gives a feeling of inclusion, respect and validation of their contribution and of course provides a lasting memory of the event.
I offer a variety of Graphic Recording Packages ranging from turn up and draw to consultancy, board hire, post graphic services, filmed narration of the drawing, PVC and digital copies.

Visual Coaching

I have coached people in business for over 20 years and in 2020 I qualified as a SHIFT-IT Certified Visual Coach. Using the excellent SHIFT-IT System of hand drawn maps, I draw out coaching conversations, (either online or face to face) to help my clients truly understand where they are now, what in their past got them to this place and how to visualise and remove barriers to their future. My coaching clients tend to be at a career of life crossroads feeling stuck, maybe in conflict or restless to achieve a values-led future. They maybe young and at the start of their careers, typically coming to me when they are feeling disenchanted and confused about what they really want from their work and life. Visual Templates & Workshop Methodology

If you don’t have the budget for an external facilitator how about a bespoke workshop methodology that includes big beautiful graphic templates and a suggested facilitation process.

I work with you to capture the purpose of your meeting and coach you, as the internal facilitator, to create a powerful group dynamic and manage all the stages of the meeting process. That way, you can be sure that your meeting/workshop objectives are met. I can provide colourful templates that will be completed as your meeting progresses. Your team will appreciate the colour and creative approach to problem solving, capturing important discussions, contracting or visioning.

Studio Work - Hand Drawn Digital Minutes/Illustrations

Digital Minutes I digitally draw out the minutes of your meetings. Attending your gathering online I produce visual minutes within 3 days post event. These are in draft form to allow my clients to emphasise messages that are most important, edit imagery and key points, insert logos etc. One round of studio editing is included in the package

Business Illustrations I provide drawn out visual representations of key business comms, this could be around transformation projects, customer journeys, vision mission strategy and values etc. I take a full brief and creatively collaborate with my client to choose visual metaphors and imagery that will powerfully support memorable messaging. The illustrations can be reproduced on mugs, mouse mats, posters, largescale pvc banners and within documentation and presentations.

Workshop Design and Facilitation

I am experienced in designing and facilitating events using the power of Appreciative Inquiry. AI is a powerful positive diagnostic tool that allows groups to tap into what is already working to project that energy, resilience and resource and look at how to tackle what isn’t working or change or moves to higher performance. It’s a highly empowering, positive experience for groups moving them from SWOTs and problem diagnostics to the art of the possible and future-focussed plans.
